Hiring: Data Analyst – Entry Level / Operations Support

Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team, supporting Call Centre operations with data-driven insights and real-time decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational knowledge of data analysis and a desire to work in a dynamic environment where they can grow their skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret real-time data to assist in decision-making.
  • Create and present insightful reports derived from large datasets to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate with Call Centre teams to streamline processes and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Utilize various data analytics tools and software to monitor, analyze, and report on data trends.
  • Develop innovative methods and strategies to approach data analysis tasks effectively.
  • Understand and adhere to job expectations, adjusting analysis as needed to meet changing business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics) or equivalent work experience.
  • Some experience in data analysis through internships, relevant coursework, or job experience is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Basic proficiency in coding languages like SQL and Python would be an asset but is not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience cleaning and managing datasets.
  • Ability to support data-based decision-making in real time.
  • Ability to work effectively with different teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Independent, self-starter attitude with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
